About me
Hi, I’m Leanne — and this space is where I’m figuring out how life, , health, purpose, and identity all fit together.
I live with the long-term effects of a stroke, rheumatoid arthritis, and recently fibromyalgia. These things affect how I move, think, plan, and work — but they’ve also shaped how I understand people, pacing, and what it means to build a life that actually works for you.
Here you’ll find reflections on pacing, identity, confidence, work adjustments, flare-ups, small wins, and everything in between. Nothing complicated or clinical; just practical, honest writing about living and working with long-term conditions.
This blog isn’t about “overcoming” anything. It’s simply about living with health conditions while still wanting a meaningful career, a sense of purpose, and the energy to enjoy life.
If you’re on a similar journey, you’re not on your own.
